NEX digital – APEXnote is committed to providing services in accordance with the offer description. If the APEXnote by NEX digital platform does not meet the conditions described in the offer, the user is entitled to a refund.

Refund Conditions

  1. Refunds apply only to paid subscriptions.

  2. A refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, in accordance with EU consumer rights regulations.

  3. Refunds are granted if the platform does not function as described in the offer.

  4. Refunds are processed without additional fees or shipping costs.

Refund Procedure

  1. Submit your refund request by email to: refund@apexnote.net.

  2. Include your subscription number, full name, and the email address associated with the account.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of request approval.

  4. Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless the customer agrees to an alternative method.
