Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the APEXnote by NEX digital platform, operated by Łukasz Smoroński NEX digital, Rupniów 144, 34-652 Rupniów, Poland, VAT ID: PL7372253103.

  2. By using the platform, the user agrees to these terms.

2. Terms of Use

  1. The service is available only after a subscription is paid.

  2. Subscriptions renew automatically until the user cancels them.

  3. Users agree to:

    • Provide accurate information

    • Not share their account with third parties

    • Avoid actions that compromise platform security

    • Use the platform in compliance with the law

4 Trial Period

  • The User may take advantage of a 3-day free trial period during which no fees are charged.
  • After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription according to the selected pricing plan, unless the User cancels before the end of the trial period.
  • Information about the start and end dates of the trial period is available in the User’s account or in the confirmation email sent after registration.
  • Cancelling the subscription during the trial period will result in no charges being applied.
  • Once the trial period converts into a paid subscription, all rules described in the section regarding payments and subscription cancellation apply.

3. Payments

  1. Payments are processed via Stripe.

  2. Refunds are granted according to the Refund Policy.

  3. The platform reserves the right to adjust subscription fees; users will be notified via email.

4. Liability

Łukasz Smoroński NEX digital is not responsible for:

  • Platform interruptions caused by force majeure

  • Errors due to improper use of the platform

  • Indirect damages resulting from platform use

5. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time, which will stop further charges in the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, software, and materials on the platform are the property of APEXnote by NEX digital and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
